RTN Software Inc. is pleased to offer our newest release of our software package, MSDS Unlimited™, for preview by our internet audience. It is available in both 16-bit and 32-bit form to provide optimal performance on all Windows® platforms. There is NO CHARGE associated with these downloads and the demo program may be freely copied / distributed so long as all original files in their original form are included and no additional information is added. After installation, the program may be used free of charge for 30 days, but after that time the program must be registered with RTN Software, Inc. to continue it's useage. • The largest set of language capabilities in the world! Our system can be configured to handle hundreds and hundreds of languages - more than you will ever need. Yes! we even support the Pacific Rim languages with the complete character sets in Chinese (both BIG5 and GB sets), Korean, Japanese. What about Malaysian, Greek, or Turkish? No problem. Our system can use either the standard font sets provided by Microsoft® with their international software versioning, or it can work with custom font sets as well.

• Our new Multi-Lingual Interface permits our international customers to configure the MSDS Unlimited™ interface to the local language of their choice.

• User definable MSDS print out formats can be employed to generate 16-part ANSI, 16-part EU, 9 part WHMIS documents, etc. All these data are shared in the same database such that if you have configured your system to print out 10 different styles of MSDS's, only a single change to the product database need be made to update all 10 styles of documents for a product.

• Customized Database Layouts permit the customer to enter only the data that they need. Don't let the demo scare you! You don't have to have all the data entry screens it you do not wish. We simply have added them into our demo so you can see the versatility of the software package.

• User Definable HotKeys give the user the ability to define shotcut keystrokes - specific to each workstation - to help the user speed the input and editing process of documents.

• Our Input and Global Change Features give the user the ability to control entire paragraphs with only a single phrase code. (Of course, free text will always be supported.) You can edit full paragraphs, individual sentences, or fragments of sentences throughout the MSDS system from a single menu. While performing this process, you are also given the options to archive the changed documents and update or maintain the document revision dates.

• Expanded Label Features put MSDS Unlimited™ at the top of its class in label functionality. Our Customized Label feature permits the user to draw essentially any label they wish and use it for anything from drum labeling to sample bottle labeling. For our pesticide manufacturing customers, we have given the ability to link EPA Use Data directly to the synonym names so that when printing a EPA Pesticide Labels, a variety of information can be printed on the label dependent on the name chosen. (All this can still buried into a single MSDS document thus allowing the EPA label to be be archived with the MSDS for future access.) Need even more????

• Our new Multi-Label Feature permits you to set up templates on customized labels that can be accessed by any MSDS in the system to print in any size you wish. This gives you the ability to set up hundreds, even thousands of labels that can be printed for any of your products at just the click of a button.

• Scanned MSDS's are Supported. Need to make your vendor MSDS's available over a wide area network? The MSDS Unlimited™ system can scan and store these documents making them viewable and printable by any work station on the system.

• File Storage and Launch capabilities give you the capability to import practically any file into the MSDS index (such as word processing files, spreadsheets, graphics, etc.) and make them accessable via the MSDS Unlimited™ file retrieval screen. Click on them and the appropriate application will be launched automatically with the desired data file.
